So far, so good. Greg has been friendly and helpful. I appreciate the convenience of the location (less than a mile from my home), the ease of loading and unloading (carts and parking spaces usually available), the security (requiring codes to enter the building and use the elevators), and the cleanliness of the space. Comments by others about unannounced price increases are concerning, but I will wait and see if this happens in the future.
I needed a large storage unit to coordinate a move relatively last minute. I got a very quick response to my online query / reservation request from Gregory Fisher II, who walked me through the various options and processed my payment. The overall process was quick, convenient, and painless, and Gregory was extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future!

GREG MADE MY DAY! Greg not only does he give amazing customer service, but he went above and beyond and helped me move out on his day off! I am not a local and not having a car made the move very difficult. Greg and his nephew really saved me! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for its customer service.
I have been using the storage units there almost since they first opened. I have moved to my 3rd unit (plus a secondary temporary one) and I have been pleased. Greg gives amazing Customer Service and always knows me by name. Changing units has always been an easy and convenient process. The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
Great experience! The manager Gregory was helpful and professional. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out what size we needed. He stayed late and answered the phone after hours and was lovely! The space is clean and well maintained and easy to access.
So far a terrific experience with storage at this location. My daughter's move-in went smoothly, and she was happy with the cleanliness and security of the facility, as well as with the help she received at move-in. Our only problem was with the corporate office: I reserved in advance to secure a low rate for summer storage, and was promised an extension to their usual policy of reserving no more than 2 weeks in advance.
