Five stars to extra space storage. Gregory, the manager, is super-kind, professional, and friendly, he helped us move into our storage space during a snow storm, when all other storage spaces in town were closed. The rates are affordable for a climate controlled space, loading, and unloading are super-easy, and the location is accessible easily by both car and public transit. Overall a very clean, and uplifted space.
So far it has been great, from the opening procedures to getting my items in my storage. Also, the manager Greg is so friendly and helpful. Great place over all!
I needed a storage unit quickly this morning and Extra Space was more than happy to accommodate me. I had friends waiting with a truckload of stuff and they got me set up extremely quickly to move my things into the unit. They were polite, helpful, and very customer-oriented. I could not have been happier with the service that I got. The units were clean, straightforward, and at a fair price. I thought I needed Extra Space Storage for my business but didn't need them after all. It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my return. I'm going to have to cancel my card tomorrow and for them to not issue me a refund when I cancel my order to me is very unprofessional. As a business owner who operates in 2024 it seems rather interesting that your associates are very equipped to handle transactions but none of them can handle a refund? It's a shame because they're 6 minutes from my house and I just won't be using... read more

Do not get sucked into this place, they rope you into a nice facility with fair pricing, and then use the fine details of their contract that they know nobody reads, and then enact massive price increases at their discretion. And they know your possessions are held hostage so they can get away with it... Expenses of switching facilities prevent one from doing anything about it once there. I moved in there about a year ago at 145/month... Not many months later they hiked price 20% to 175, and now just hiked another 14% to 200... read more

I had high hopes after moving out oof Public Storage which were crooks. Facility far better, price seemed fair, and staff professional and friendly and helpful. Until a 13% price increase just appeared on my bills. When I called and asked why, the response was "we increase price about twice a year" and "it was in your contract, if you wanted to pay the same rate you had to pay a whole year upfront". Came to my units to see mouse/rat feces all over the floor. The wires to my electronics were all chewed up! I told the girl at the front desk about this problem and she said, "all I know is someone comes once a week about that. Put some peppermint oil and it'll stop them from going into your unit." I have massive pieces of furniture in here. How am I supposed to get all the way to the back of my unit on a weekly basis and put peppermint oil! Please do not rent here. The staff is really nice and professional....All of my questions were answered....and the way they run the business is great...I've been to other storage places...and was like ewww...dirty ..smells...and just not cool....I give them 5 stars any day...
