The staff at Extra Space Storage is wonderful. They helped me every step of the way for this to be my first time. The tour was amazing and the move in process was magnificent. The carts are always available for heavy loads and the area is neat/clean.

I am extremely disappointed with how Extra Space Storage handled my recent rate increase—and even more so with their dismissive customer service. I’ve had a 10x10 unit at this location for over a year, and my rate was abruptly raised from $93 to $173/month, an outrageous 86% increase with no added value, facility upgrades, or justification. Worst place ever!!! Rip you off. Went from 85 a month to 211. Customer service is non existent. The girl at the lexington park office is rude and demeaning. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else!!! 0 stars

Cant recommend. They raised my rate after 5 months. Today I wanted to access the locker. There was a large penske moving truck parked, that then needed for some reason to back up to the doors. It blocked everyone in, and prevented anyone from entering or leaving. The guy was walking all over the employee, and trying to explain to me why this was ok. Could not get access to the storage unit and the employees had no answer as to when I could. There was room for the truck to park without blocking the whole place.
