I would not recommend this facility. The management acts as though they are doing you a favor. I have been locked out of my locker due to "a computer update" one month and I was locked out a second month because they could not find my payment check I sent. Management had terrible attitudes and brag that they have terminated contracts of other customers. Please save yourself the trouble.
Though the staff is friendly, they do little to assist the customer. The code they supplied us with never worked, and I have been trying to close out my unit for the past week. In which the keep telling me they need to check the unit and get back to me. This back and forth which should only take about 15 minutes has dragged on and on. They only answer the phone a few times a day also, making the process even more frustrating.
