Extra Space storage in Everett is great! Close to the highway and where we need it, Victor was so helpful throughout the entire process and couldn't have made it any easier for me. Would absolutely recommend.

Good price, but needs better customer service. Not super responsive when arriving and calling the phone number for the person to attend you.

It was such a positive, stressless experience during a stressful time. Making the reservation online was easy. I went in to see the unit and make sure it was clean and the right size for me and it was. Next, I needed to push back my reservation and they were able to accommodate me. When I was finally all packed I realized I would need to upgrade to the 10x10 and thankfully there was a unit available. Manny was amazing from beginning to end which was about a 15 day period; I can be annoying, lol. He showed me both units and w... read more
