Extra Space Storage is totally Awesome! I left my keys and had to double back, they were even kind enough to keep an eye on my boxes. : )
I was looking for storage space for my business. When I arrived the folks were very helpful. The manager gave us a tour and tried to help me find the space needed so I could load a trailer of pallets. We determined that the set up and what was available near the loading door just wasn't open. He could have sold me another section but it would have made my life so difficult for loading and unloading. This is the second time I've used Extra Space Storage and both times I've had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Moving can be stressful and hectic so it's nice to have experienced staff that is accommodating.
Victor and Extra Space Storage was a life-saver. We had to get something done quickly and cleanly, and the place was great and the service even better. Thanks, Victor, I'd recommend you to anyone.
Excellent service. The manager, Victor and the Asst. Manager, Sonia were very helpful and the move went smoothly. I used their truck twice with no problems. The facility is very clean and I recommend them.
The team at Extra Space was awesome. We had a bit of a family emergency and they were very accommodating in helping us getting it straightened out. They allowed us full access to any and all amenities and were very patient. The place is clean and secure. The prices are competitive. The staff are excellent. What else are you looking for?!
Great service there, but billing is not good. I got the "web special" for one amount but after three months they increase the price significantly. Bait and switch scam....
