My move-in experience was nice and smooth which was expected. I have rented from ExtraSpace Storage in the past and was completely satisfied with my overall experience. The staff are always so friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. At first I didn’t think all of my things would fit into the unit I had rented and the manager was willing to come over and help with that. The facility was clean and there was enough equipment to move things around.

I needed to store items from my porch/basement to free up space to work from home. The manager and staff at ExtraSpace storage were great, professional, helpful, not pushy. Reserving the space and moving in went smoothly. I appreciate the excellent customer service.
