Called E.S.S. 877 number, all my questions answered related to facility unit sizes, lock, access hours and price. (sorry, I did not note your name but 'Thank you!" Todd, manager of the 6840 E Madero Ave, Mesa, AZ, contacted me and we set up an immediate meeting time. Met me at the door and showed me to units. Viewed unit size and was what needed. Very much enjoyed storing my home goods at this location, super clean units , friendly staff, Peter and Todd made sure I had the right size storage unit for all my items. I even changed units once I had furnished some of the item I was storing. Thanks guys for a worry free experience

We highly recommend Todd and the Mesa location where we currently store our valuables at.. Renting from Extra Space thru Todd at 6840 E MADERO AVE, Mesa loc. has been amazing. We are in frantic mode, prepping to sell, organizing, packing - yet Todd has been an incredible help! Todd was absolutely amazing!!! I truly can't say enough about him! He really helped me while I was in a tough situation!! He was kind! He was helpful! He treated my daughter and I with the utmost respect! Truly just an amazing person! He has made this particular location a place to go to. Should we need storage again... I will go where Todd is

Great experience overall with Extra Space Storage! Facility was clean, safe, secure, and though I never really interfaced with staff -the one time I did that person was extremely nice. Unfortunately, the rate hikes are what led us to close out our unit. Everyone is going up everywhere and I don't understand how some businesses can justify such significant rate increases. It was great motivate though for us to organize our garage though so thanks for that!!
Todd was helpful in suggesting the type of storage unit we'd need for our purposes and explained everything, answering our questions along the way. We got a larger indoor temp. controlled unit from April through January. Easy access and zero problems. Would use this facility again.

I used the indoor unit and it was great. Used it for about 3 months, however when I went to cancel the cancelation didn't go through the first time, as a result I got charged an extra month. However, when I canceled it days after, the location contacted me, said that they would give me a refund since this happened and everything worked out. Another problem I faced was bugs in the units, however this was during peak monsoon season, and there isn't much that could prevent that since the humidity brings more bugs.
