unit was ok. what the hell. it's a block cubical and a door. last month rent was jacked up 48%! 139 to 205. I'll be moving out as soon as possible. Before first of the year.

The Good: The Manager and Employees are Great. The manager was friendly and helped as much as possible, fixing what he could. The Bad: Got a great web rate of $84. After 3 months receive a notice the unit will now be $164. Current web rate is $76. I understand rates go up but this much this quickly. Luckily they were nice enough to reduce it to $134 but who knows how long that will last. It really feels like people are being taken advantage of. I had been in my space for about a year. At first it was phenomenal. I chose an indoor 5x5 which meant it would be air conditioned. A few months later my rent was raised. Then again and then again the final time bringing me to almost $100. My unit frequently had roaches which is something I've never had a problem with in my own home. This summer when I'd go into my unit it wasn't cooled at all it was more humid and disgusting then it was outside. When we got our storage unit with them they told us that we were getting a discounted rate for six months. They said if we wanted to keep this rate we had to pay up front before the six months was up. Less than six months later and they are increasing our rate from $84 a month to $120 with no notice or warning. We are now going to spend our weekend moving our items out of this facility. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Super disappointing.

After being here a couple months they took the liberty of hiking my rent $30 extra each month because they said they could. And then access denied at 10 o'clock save your money go somewhere else with more reasonable after hours access ability.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This facility was extremely expensive and is crawling with termites. My furniture got ruined and when showing they manager the bugs and termite tubes in the unit, she just said she'd ask the post control person and get back to me. She never did of course and when I called her she said the pest control person didn't know what type of big it was and what the tubes were. Any pest control person would know what these look like so obviously she didn't ask anyone, just gave me the insurance in... read more
