I came to pick up my mom's key after a fire inspection. I explained to Sam Rodriguez, the assistant store manager that my mom was on a fixed income being 79 years old and she would probably not be able to afford the unit much longer. So he did not hesitate to work out a discount so she can maintain her unit. You know in times the way they are it was a blessing to see how this business is ready to work with it's customers to maintain the relationship between business and customer! Thank you Sam and Extra Space Storage!

Extra space made my process so easy! From the associate on the phone who helped me book and walked me through deals, to Sam and Kevon who followed up with me consistently and made sure my space was secure.

I just started storage at this location. I can honestly say the customer service has been very good. The initial process was seamless. I hope it continues. So far I would recommend them.

The staff that works here is extremely professional and helpful. The building has easy access to the units which get you in & out quickly.

Anita, Kevon, and the entire staff are very professional and helpful. I had to clean out my uncle's storage, and they were very accommodating and made every effort to assist. Facility is new, clean, well lit, safe, and with a high end security system. I would recommend them highly for the excellent service - top-notch facility.
Great place and excellent customer service. Quick and easy and very reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
