If I could give zero stars I would. We missed ONE payment and they auctioned all our stuff off. We've been with them for over 8 years and this is how they treat us. We have paid over $90,000 to them over that time. I lost all of my drum gear and many irreplaceable childhood items and furniture. They claim that after 30 days of non payment they can sell your stuff. Don't go here unless you don't care about your stuff. This facility used to be much better, but has gone down through the years. When I started renting here, there was a night manager you could reach for emergencies, I had 24 hour gate access, and the staff were reachable by phone. 6 years, $100/mo more, and several corporate mergers later, the staff is rarely reachable on the phone, they've removed my 24 hour gate access three times, and requests for management to call me were ignored. This could be a really good and reputable business but they are scammers. You will see. I am a long term storage room holder and they keep raising their rates every 6 to 9 months. Really.... every 6 to 9 months, what does that mean, you ask? Well, I have had my room for about 3 years and I have had 6 increases. Does your salary go up like that?
