It was such a wonderful experience to get a new storage unit. The facility, first of all is super clean and kept up. The key pad with your own key number is a great feature. The people who work here are so nice a pleasant. My "stuff" have found a great new home.

It was quick and easy to reserve my storage space. Zamila was helpful and friendly in helping me acquire storage space at Extra Space Storage. She found me a storage space that would be in a convenient location at the facility so that it would be easy for me to move in and access my stored items. She explained the lease and payment agreements clearly. The hallways in the facility were clean, and the storage unit was clean and ready for me to move my items into.

I came here and MAN OH MAN the service was fricking awesome. First time using a storage facility and I am extremely happy I chose Extra space. Anita and the crew are awesome. Such friendly staff. Definitely will be referring to any of my friends or family who are looking into using a storage facility!!!

Very satisfied with this storage place, climate controlled, large facility which provides space for any one whether you need a little closet space for storing or a whole load of items. Good prices compared to others. I got my first month free and they a moving truck for free, there is a limitation on the mileage though.

Service here is terrible and unprofessional. Kevon was extremely rude to my 60 year old mother and uncle--verbally arguing with and screaming at them because my mom walked in on a phone call and didn't have her ID ready. When she got off the phone, he proceeded to be petty and take a series of phone calls instead of helping. He is petty and unprofessional, and his pride supersedes his ability to provide good customer service. This is not a place I would trust my personal belongings being to be safe and taken care of. A star for the friendly and helpful staff and a star for the 24/7 access, but that's about it. Never enough carts to move your stuff, not enough light inside the units, and 50% in rate increases in two years. If that works for you, fine; if not, stay away.

If you want your already very high priced storage to go up 30 to 50 dollars per month after 6 months I recommend you use this company. If you want to fight over 2 dollies, I suggest you use the space in Valley Stream. If you want horrible customer service when you have anyn issues, I suggest you use Valley Stream. So basically if you want an over priced storage with nasty managers please use the Valley Stream.

It is a basic clean storage, but very expensive with high late fees that they add on very fast. They also raise the rent often. I had a corporate storage in CA, what a difference, never raised rent, great with late fees, so not all corporate places are mercenaries. I would recommend this if money is no issue, but if it is steer clear of this corporation.
