I called today and the specialist that helped me find my unit was very helpful and worked me through the process over the phone. It was an easy and quick process. When I arrived at the storage unit, I had a problem with getting in the gate the first time but the site manager was there to help me and she explained the process. I was totally satisfied with my experience and I would recommend this place to family and friends. I am Thankful everything went smoothly.

Extra space storage was amazing the property is always clean and perfectly maintained it is conveniently located next to the entrance to bike path and hiking trail the customer service is excellent my questions were answered by the property manager respectfully and promptly I recommend this storage company to anyone in the area who needs to store recreational equipment for easy access to the river thank you extra space storage for your business

Very nice and secure storage to put all your stuff. Sean help me to get a good and easy accessible storage close to the elevator. Then not even 3weeks on that storage my boyfriend and I changed our mind about the size of the storage and decided we need need a bigger one. So since I was in another city that time I couldn't go to Folsom to changed the rent contract and we need to changed it right away before our due date to pay the first month. Close to closing time, we stopped in at Extra Space on Parkshore in Folsom. Office Manager, Sean Mooney, took the time to show us several units and stayed and helped us through paperwork and insurance coverage without making us feel rushed or hurried. Sean was professional yet personable. Super friendly and super helpful. Looking forward to Storage stay!!

I was in the middle of a move across the state this Extra Storage Space was along the way. It was the perfect middle ground, and the experience was wonderful.
