Extra space storage does a good job on pricing as well as customer service. I dealt with Sean and all went smoothly and I got my personals stored. What's there to say, good company. I would recommend.

I'm planning a wedding this year and you don't realize how quickly you accumulate necessary items and the sheer magnitude of it all. I quickly filled my spare room with decorations, signage, bridal party gifts, and glassware. I wanted to fInd a facility that would be safe/clean to store these items until this fall. Sean Mooney the manager was very helpful he. He answered all out questions. He helped us figure out which was the best side unit for our needs. We are re locating and need to store some belongings temporarily. Thanks Sean we will be sending more your way

This has been the best commercial relationship I have ever experienced. The facility is close to the freeway. The manager is very friendly and helpful, billing is always on time and done correctly, the facility itself is immaculate. I had 4 units upstairs in the climate-controlled space. Elevator always worked well. Air conditioning seemed to struggle on extremely hot days, but at least it worked! I liked the gated access. Always felt safe. Thank you for a great experience. So normally I wouldn't think a storage place has much to offer besides having space for your stuff. But since I have left this place to move to a new location in the bay area I have come to appreciate the level service and care given by the staff at Parkshore Storage. I have always been pleased with the interest they take in you personally and have always felt welcomed and appreciated there. Great promotions and friendly front desk clerk. The owners are a little iffy, but you probably won't interact with them much. The facilities are well kept, but the AC seems poor especially on hot days. Access hours could be improved, but they are comparable to other storage sites. I like that they are centrally located in Folsom and I can go run the trail when I'm done moving my junk.

The staff is very helpful and honest about their pricing. I feel like they treat me like a member of their family. My new upstairs unit is air-conditioned and it is easy to get to it - I am close to the elevator.
