The facilities are clean and secure. HOWEVER.... Update: Heads You are charged MONTHLY (on top of your rent) an expensive insurance rate. I was specifically told I would be paying $$ monthly (that didn’t include this charge). There was no “this is your rate PLUS your monthly insurance cost bringing you to a TOTAL OF $$$”.You can lower it for less coverage but the rate is ridiculous. I pay less for renters insurance and double coverage 😡 Not a happy customer.

Seriously THE WORST STORAGE PLACE EVER. Constantly having trouble with our monthly payments. They're always overcharging us, screwing us over, and constantly uncaring. Their customer service is crap!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE DO NOT GO HERE!! Seriously. Their manager has no clue what's going on ever, and should really get a job flipping burgers (she's that clueless).
