Wow, the Customer Service was spot on. I was in and out of this place to get a storage unit and David walked me around and was awesome in explaining everything. The facility is super clean and access in and out is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks a lot.
Great experience. Kind and helpful service. I came with kids in tow and they were very patient and never made us feel like an inconvenience. They always answer the phone and have checked at every step to make sure we are satisfied. I definitely recommend this location!

Excellent customer service! The manager, David, walked us through the sizes and rates of storage rooms available and even followed up with us a couple of weeks later to make sure we were okay. Remarkably clean facility, very reasonable, and easy to get in and out of.

Really impressed with this location! It's super clean and feels safe with codes set by person renting. Both David and Priscilla are great and easy to work with. Moving stuff is made so easy with carts available and an elevator right by the door. Although I'm on a higher floor, it's not exhausting moving stuff in!
This location is clean and convenient. The staff (David and Priscilla) are out going, courteous and friendly.
I have used this storage for a couple years and once your year is up they raise your rental fees by 33% every 6 months (really 5 months). My unit is in a HORRIBLE side of town with a LITERAL crack house next door but the rate increases happen every 5 to six months. I went from paying $55 (insurance included) and now pay $71 because they brought my rate down slightly with hardships, but next Nov it will be over $120 for a 6x10 in an awful area. Be sure you don't plan on keeping your things longterm because they screw you.
