Wow, the Customer Service was spot on. I was in and out of this place to get a storage unit and David walked me around and was awesome in explaining everything. The facility is super clean and access in and out is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks a lot.
Great experience. Kind and helpful service. I came with kids in tow and they were very patient and never made us feel like an inconvenience. They always answer the phone and have checked at every step to make sure we are satisfied. I definitely recommend this location!
Great experience! David, the incredibly friendly and nice fella that manages the storage complex, is spot on in his knowledge of the facility and handles all of your questions, concerns and whatever else like a true professional. The storage facility itself is spotless clean with plenty of door stops and loading carts available. Climate controlled and A-OK, Extra Space is well worth the fairly priced monthly rent. All in all, you can't go wrong storing whatever you need at Extra Space!
Outstanding customer service! Store manager David does an absolute fantastic job making everything smooth and easy! I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage, mainly due to David. Does a great job answering questions and concerns I had. Facility is very well kept and clean. Tip: Check out their internet pricing! The best in the area! Excellent customer service! The manager, David, walked us through the sizes and rates of storage rooms available and even followed up with us a couple of weeks later to make sure we were okay. Remarkably clean facility, very reasonable, and easy to get in and out of.
I needed a storage unit after another storage rental facility that shall not be named cancelled my reservation without even a phone call the day before my move. Extra Space Storage had a very useful mobile website and I was able to reserve a unit that was ready for move-in the next day. The customer service here was top notch and the facility was clean and most importantly, very secure. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing extra space!

Great experience in renting unit. David was informative and great in helping me choose the right size unit for my needs. Very clean and love having dollies available to move your stuff. Overall my rating is 5-star. Keep up good work!
Really impressed with this location! It's super clean and feels safe with codes set by person renting. Both David and Priscilla are great and easy to work with. Moving stuff is made so easy with carts available and an elevator right by the door. Although I'm on a higher floor, it's not exhausting moving stuff in!
