The rental and move in experience was very easy. I reserved the unit online and was cqlled right away to finalize it and have the rental agreement emailed to me to sign. After I moved in ans left, the manager called and said that during his routine security check he noticed that I had put my lock on incorrectly and the door could be opened. I returned and installed it immediately. Without his diligence I would not have known for quite a while.

Chris is the best! He helped me all the way through. And went above and beyond! I forgot to make sure my unit was locked all the way and he called me to tell me and had a solution that fit my needs. He is one of the best!

Our experience has been hassle free with kind attentiveness. The gentleman at the Oracle Tuscon location was great! I would suggest to have open hours on Sunday tho.

I have used other storage places but this was by far the cleanest one I've used. The easy access too was my motivation for using Extra Space Storage AND Chris , the site manager was very helpful .
