My experience, being in CA, was made very easy. Thanks to Taylor and Chris for their help in getting all the things I needed to make getting in and out, not having to climb any stairs or drag a lot of things from one end of a building to another. Never having completed a contract on-line was very challenging and scary. But of all the times I have tried to work my way through a web site, and usually failed, this was a piece of cake. Had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on Oracle in Tucson. The site manager Chris walked me thru the facility to see various sizes and how it all works w gate etc. He was very through and the value of using EXTRA SPACE seemed very reasonable. The whole area inside the gate was spotless and it appeared that they have "figured out" what works best for folks using a storage unit. I loved that the inside door could stay open for up to 15 minutes as we brought boxes into our locker. Little things like that sold me ... read more

On site Manager, Chris, is clearly very invested in making each customer’s experience the best! He called me within minutes, after I submitted an online inquiry. Immediately answered all my questions, demonstrating knowledge of the facility & offering immediate availability to show any of the units of interest.
