They called on Monday and unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for .... Then I get a call today from Jennifer again and she said they had exactly what I was looking for everything so easy over the phone n through email we got signed up and we can start loading it up .... Check them out for great service n great extra space ... mahalo Jennifer for the excellent service I appreciate it so much ... it is a bit pricey but it what u get with it ... a drive up storage that is monitored and secure on bottom level .... I went to store my items from UH and the saleswomen Jennifer was extremely kind and welcoming right as I entered the building. Everything went through quickly and smooth sailing.

I decided to move my stuff from an overpriced unit in town to a different company. I stopped in ESS by Target in Salt Lake to find out more about their first month free ad. Jennifer in the office was friendly & helpful. We discussed unit sizes & prices. She helped me to secure a unit that wasn't even available yet! Two days later, I was ready to move in. Went all over town for a space and this lady Jennifer was not only a good sales person she also had such good customer service she has the best attitude unlike the other places I went to. More places should hire a person like her, sweet, nice, and not lazy.

Big thanks to Seth Hotchkiss at 4285 Lawehana street in Honolulu. He was very helpful over the phone and when we came into the building he showed us around and was very respectful and courteous and professional. I was able to have normal small talk and laugh and joke with him, he very much made us feel comfortable and we're happy we rented here!
