We all know moving is a pain in the neck and I am grateful that Frank & Raquel where the ones to help me out from the beginning to the end of my services here at Extra Storage. I was looking for an inexpensive unit to store my things while i'm in between moves and i found this company online. After i made a reservation Frank called me to give me all the details and was incredibly helpful. I went to the facility to check it out and was very impressed. Highly recommend this facility and the manager Frank was terrific!!!

Thanks to the manager Frank...the storage facility is very clean and well taken care of. Frank was very helpful in explaining and showing me the units and what Extra Storage had to offer. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. The process was easy, fast and a wonderful experience.

Great location and very clean facility. Frank is awesome and is always very attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend if your in need of a climate controlled storage.

I have to commend Extra Space Storage's Manager, Frank Hasenwinkel, for making what could have been a tedious experience quick and painless! Not only was he friendly and very helpful, but knew the paperwork backwards and forwards which made it go quickly. I previously rented here a decade ago with another company and it took over an hour just to do the paperwork. With Frank, it took a few minutes and I was on my way. If you go there ask for Frank, as it will make the process quick and easy!
