This place use to be clean when the previous manager was there but now the new management is slacking this place is just filthy now, I paid my unit and went to get my mothers insulin and my unit was locked, it's homeless people sleeping there now, found pee in front of my unit door

RENTER BEWARE My family's storage unit was broken into at this facility and items were stolen, priceless family heirlooms. This happened between the days of 11/9/2020 - 11/14/2020. Our lock was cut off with cutters and there was a company gold lock left on our unit that signals the unit is ready to be cleaned out, why we don't know seeing as we've been paying on time always. I pay $330 a month and have had a unit here for 16 years, through multiple owners and management groups. Be warned, if you are looking for a place to receive shipments for business, personal, whatever, do not get a unit here. Someone will refuse your packages. Then when you come to an agreement with them, a new team will come on board and start refusing deliveries. It is time to part ways.

The elevator has been down for days. I haven't been able to get things out on time for my job costing me a lot of money which they aren't willing to even credit my Account for. Worst place ever.
