This is my first time storing, wasn't sure about it. Came to Extra Space in Hiram, because I read such great reviews about the manager and the facility. When I got there Rachel was out cleaning the property, came right up front with a big smile and made this so process so easy. Thanks Rachel you are the best.

This facility is extremely clean. The manager Rachel, is hands down one of the best customer service people I have met. She takes the time to get to know her customers and takes care of their needs. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Hiram.

This is my first time storing at my age. It made me a nerves wreck. But when I walked into Hiram, this sweet young lady welcomed me in. When she seen that I was moving alone, she took me and was so kind made me feel like I wasn't alone. She was extremely thoughtful, and I appreciate her more than she knows. Thank you Rachel for making it easy on a little old lady.
