This is my first time storing, wasn't sure about it. Came to Extra Space in Hiram, because I read such great reviews about the manager and the facility. This facility is extremely clean. The manager Rachel, is hands down one of the best customer service people I have met. She takes the time to get to know her customers and takes care of their needs. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Hiram.

This is my first time storing at my age. It made me a nerves wreck. But when I walked into Hiram, this sweet young lady welcomed me in. When she seen that I was moving alone, she took me and was so kind made me feel like I wasn't alone. She was extremely thoughtful, and I appreciate her more than she knows.
