my friend and i had been renting out a space at this location for a little over year. When i left college up there, obviously we couldn't come up there to get all of it til then.... When we did in a last min notice... The staff, the lady specifically helped us so much. We had to get all of stuff out and we made it in with just two/three hours. It wouldn't be finished at all if it wasn't for them. They even stayed after the opening hours and helped us closing the account too. I have had some bad experiences with previous stor... read more

Very convenient location in NOMA. Clean, brightly lit, well maintained property. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Process to sign up was super easy and quick. This is my second time renting a unit with this company.

Easy to set up a unit. I needed to store a vehicle and I was able to secure the spot and had all the paperwork within 15 minutes. Value of the space for the proximity to Washington DC is unbeatable. I am very glad I was able to securely store my vehicle here.

The young lady who was working the desk when I got my unit yesterday was very helpful and nice. The dorm style 5 x 5 was actually a little larger than expected, and I was able to fit in a additional carload into the unit. It was clean, they had three carts available. Other than the long code, it was a pretty easy process

Extra Space Storage at 72 Florida Ave, NE provided excellent service. The climate controlled units (yes I rented 2) were very clean, neat and kept my belongings safe for a year while I worked overseas. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Without hesitation I would use this facility again.
