RecommendedThe facility is always very clean and easy to access. Carts are available to the customers, which I love. Makes moving things in or out convenient. Tom is wonderful! Great customer service and extremely helpful. We’ve had three units there and the only complaint is that the rates are raised frequently. I would still highly recommend the facility.

RecommendedVictor called me today to remind me that I had monthly rent due so I could pay it before a penalty was assessed tomorrow. Love the courtesy call...who does that anymore? Extra Space Storage is good about that. He also informed me that my rent had increased....my address wasn’t correct so I didn’t get the notice via USPS.
