Victor called me today to remind me that I had monthly rent due so I could pay it before a penalty was assessed tomorrow. Love the courtesy call...who does that anymore? Extra Space Storage is good about that. He also informed me that my rent had increased....my address wasn’t correct so I didn’t get the notice via USPS. I was not too happy & let Victor know about it. He was so nice, he remained calm & we worked through a solution since i will be vacating the unit soon as I am moving out of the local area. Great facility and even better facility manager. Gary has been there since the place opened and has always exceeded my expectations. We are very pleased with the service so much that we have opened up another unit to help more some more family members into the Dripping Springs community. Highly recommend this facility to meet all your storage needs!!!
