The facility is always very clean and easy to access. Carts are available to the customers, which I love. Makes moving things in or out convenient. Tom is wonderful! Great customer service and extremely helpful. We’ve had three units there and the only complaint is that the rates are raised frequently. I would still highly recommend the facility.
