This is a new building, clean and well maintained. The office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Costs are quite competitive with other storage units in the local area. This location does not have a fence around the building, but the building is secured with combination requirements to enter a door or elevator.

In a very short turn-around time due my contractor needing my furniture out of his way, this location of ExtraSpace helped me find a sufficient storage unit at a reasonable cost. Fast, efficient rental process. Clear, concise instructions for access. The movers really appreciated the flat-bed dollies available. Sounds like this location will work with me as reconstruction continues to pay for the duration I need without overly cumbersome extension or exit paperwork/fees. Thanks for helping out during a stressful event!

The online rapid rental process made it super easy to reserve my space. I was able to find the right size for what I needed and they had the unit unlocked for me when I showed up with my stuff. They even provided a complimentary lock for the unit. I've rented at several storage facilities for business, including some Extra Space locations, and this is the first time I didn't have to buy a lock that is totally useless at any place other then the storage unit.
