RecommendedI have rented storage space in multiple states for my business, the extra space storage in Clayton, NC on US-70 is managed very well. Its' parking lot is clean and so are the hallways and elevator. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available to use. I've been in some other locations in the Northeast that have been terrible.. and they smell like someone's living in the units. I wish they were all like the one in Clayton.

Clean, dry, easy access facilities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Could really use an internal light in 10’x20’ units and some bathrooms opened up. Overall Great Place!!

This is an excellent climate controlled facility. We stored all of our items after selling our home while waiting for our new home. The staff were always helpful, friendly and worked to provide the space we needed at the best price. The facility is gated so we always felt safe and secure. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs.

Mr ken was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with him. Storage is clean, secure and easy to access Trollies were provided and my storage is spacious. All units are climate control
