RecommendedExtra Space Storage in Clayton has been a great storage facility the last year and a half. My husband and I moved to Clayton over a year ago and were in a panic on where to store our belongings. The staff has been so great and got us a unit so quickly with such amazing prices! Highly highly recommend this storage facility!

My experience with this location in particular has been very pleasant. They are the best customer service so far that I had have in very long time. The location is secure and super clean. The space is big enough and is pretty convenient to park , down load and go. I highly recommend extra Space Storage and will gladly come back any time if I need the services again

Great service and customer care! These guys always answer the phone and knew their stuff when they helped me over the phone. I was able to get a unit in 30 minutes and at last minute on my part. Highly recommended!

the staff on site go the extra mile to help. no issues whatsoever. The owners are a different story. they've gone up substantially twice in a period of 1 yr. I have two other units with two different storage facilities and have had them for over 5 years with no increase in price. they claim it's the market which isn't true. it's called corporate GREED. You do the math. a 10x30 started at $415 and went up to $492. I moved into a 10x20 for $211 with 10 feet less. at the same facility.

Absolutely phenomenal facility with amazing staff! Great location and easy to access. Ken was so helpful especially as I’ve never rented a storage unit before. My husband was also impressed with the facility, amazing loading/unloading area and the flat carts available for renters to use.

The service provided was absolutely phenomenal. I would like to thank store manager Ken Van Valen located at 12984 US 70 Hwy W for the excellent customer service he provided. Ken made the entire process easy and swift. Ken provided me with all necessary equipment I needed, etc. Relocating to a new state can be very stressful, however, Ken made this move very simple and easy. Thanks Ken.
