Good safe location. Wide alley roads and easy to turn your truck around. Easy in and out access; gate hours are reasonable; facility is clean and well lighted. My only complaint is that within 3 months of moving in, Extra Space doubled my monthly rent and I had to move out. Most facilities don't raise the space rent until at least 6-9 months later & it's not doubled. I selected this storage for the fair prices and safe location so its disappointing they don't value their customers more to not blindside them with hugs rent in... read more

It makes me sad to see all the reviews in regards to this Facility Location. I want to start off by stating that I have has the same experience as some other customers that have left a review, but the staff and I mean Gio in this matter has been EXCELLENT. My storage unit was broken into on a Sunday afternoon by 2 females, All of my shoes were stolen, my purses ( Aldo, Louis Vuitton, Steve Madden etc) was also taken. Here's a more polished and genuine version of your message: I've had my unit here for about a year. As a mechanic, I'm always going in and out to grab tools or store motors. This place has been the most lenient and understanding. Heather (hi Heather) and Gio, the manager, are awesome--they've even saved me some money. They were super understanding when I needed to downsize my unit. No harassment, no complaints. I pay my unit on time, and they leave me alone.
