We need storage for knick knacks while they are remodeling our garage. I reserved an online special deal. Immediately, I received a call from Dora, who's extremely helpful and funny. I stopped by the location and finished the contracts. Dora was as helpful as she was on the phone. She gave us a tour and explained us how to get to our unit. Amazing services.
I highly recommend this facility. It's modern, clean, secure, well maintained, easily accessible, and very affordable. Dora is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; she provides an amazing customer service experience. Ownership should be very proud to have someone like her represent the company.

I rented a drive up where I stored my car and belonging for 7 months during the height of the pandemic. The location is clean and quiet..Staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. Hannah is the best. I dreaded running into problems like the ones I read online, but this location made me feel really safe. Everything was smooth. I am very grateful and would come back again in the future even if I have to drive a little further out. Other renters seemed to to good, friendly people as well. That really helped. Thank you!

Do not rent from here. My son who's military and his family put all their belongings into a storage unit here. They went back to get their stuff a year later yesterday 2/3/26 and to their surprise rats had gotten into their unit. Their stuff was covered with rat droppings, piss, and dead rats. Now they have to get rid of everything. They complained to staff and they were advised nothing could be done because they didn't have insurance on the unit. They give you a decent deal for the first couple months, then they DOUBLE your monthly cost. Not worth it, moved out when they doubled the cost

Don't trust the folks at the Jones Bridge Road branch. I was unaware of the "rate change" that basically doubled my rent. What a horrible way to run a business. I would have gladly paid for it upfront, but they hid the costs and then all of a sudden I got hit with the bill. Not cool at all. Now I have to drag all my stuff out of the unit and move to another location. Be very cautious when dealing with these unethical scammers. -Brad

Highway Robbery here. Ever since the new owners arrived, they have now raised rates each year over 12+% I just received another absorbent notice again that due to current market conditions, my rent is again being raised again. So I Yelped to find another storage company. Guess what, I found a rate at less than 1/2 of Extra Space for a unit that's 20 percent bigger. These people are taking advantage of current customers. Please do shop around and say no to this company. We are out of there before this new insane rate kicks in... read more

The value of our units changes from month to month based on market values. Our system assesses rates to see if customers are at or close to market value on their units. Utmost dissatisfaction. This is a an unethical business. I was renting a 5x5 unit. Started at $90/mo. On month two the app is showing a $21 increase. I called for more information and was told "that happens sometimes". First week of December 2022 I go to grab holiday items, come to find the unit was entered by someone/others. My belongings were tossed around, boxes torn open, things falling over and some fragile items broken. Always pushing for feedback Before performance is given. After seeing attempts to break into Multiple units, finding the grounds Dirty on several visits, unfounded High rent increases and after talking to renters - I would Not recommend this location for you belongings!!! Such force was used on my unit that boxes were knocked over & even a plastic drawer slid out!! Guess I better stop by my first unit in Irvine. What a let down.
