Scotty and his team at Extra Space have been great to work with over the last months. We sold our home and our moving plans changed multiple times, requiring us to live to different storage units at Extra Space. They were always very helpful in adjusting our needs for storage and took away the stress of moving! I highly recommend Extra Space on Montclair Road!
Scotty was excellent at making suggestions and helping us choose a storage unit that worked for us during our move. The staff took their time to explain everything and made sure we had everything we needed to make this as painless as possible. A++ to them for listening to their customers. Can’t say that about the other places we shopped.
I have 2 units at Extra Space. Love the place! It’s new, clean, and the employees very helpful! However, I must mention an employee by the name of Juan! He is fabulous! I could never get my units shut and locked for some reason even though several people showed me how to do it! Then came Juan!! He taught me a “secret” no one else mentioned! You have to make sure the door is ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE FLOOR! Thank you, Juan, for taking time from your schedule to help me!
