RecommendedI have 2 units at Extra Space. Love the place! It’s new, clean, and the employees very helpful! However, I must mention an employee by the name of Juan! He is fabulous! I could never get my units shut and locked for some reason even though several people showed me how to do it! Then came Juan!! He taught me a “secret” no one else mentioned! You have to make sure the door is ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE FLOOR! Thank you, Juan, for taking time from your schedule to help me!
