The most unbelievably underhanded, incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my life. The Spectrum Cable of storage companies. The predatory pricing - you will not pay $35 for long - in LESS THAN TWO YEARS they have increased it twice, to $80 - is the tip of the iceberg with these sharks. Absolutely predatory pricing! Whatever the online rate is, it will DOUBLE -TRIPLE within your first three months! Also this place is RAT INFESTED!! Rats ate through my documents and my locker had bugs when I last visited. STAY AWAY

not sure what the policy is on locks for this place. might have been scammed, or the employees are incompetent with terrible attitudes. wouldn't be surprised if it was both. the previous storage units i've used have their own locks that they then give to whoever is using the locker unit. walked into this place, they couldn't find the pamphlet and materials needed to check me in that were supposed to be prepared for my day of check in. after a moment of them trying to get my stuff together on the spot one of them told me i ... read more

The lady employee in her Toyota Rav4 asked us to leave while we were waiting inside our car so she could use our spot and park. We used the space in between the two driveways, fronting the office since both driveways were being used by other customers. The plan was just to wait inside our car until one of the customers leave but the lady employee said we couldn't wait in there. Negative 1 stars. BEWARE! Called to make a reservation, after the 1-888 rep suggested I called the facility directly to ask about photos. Called asking for Diondra, instead got Jared who placed me on a "brief hold". Little did he know I could hear absolutely everything that was being said on the hold and audio recorded everything. These employees revealed that the phone operators are "idiots" and that the company still rents units in this locations basements despite a number of ongoing reports of WATER DAMAGE and rats. When we began leasing here we had no issues aside from the employees taking the only parking spots available and then being rude when asked to move for customers trying to access units. I just however was hung up on by their opening manager who when I asked why something wasn't explained to me, basically lost his mind on me. I certainly wasn't my best self at that point, but this person shouldn't be interacting with customers if at the first question of business happenings he starts at yell at people. This morning I arrived at this facility just after 8am. The posted opening time is 8am. At 9am no one had arrived to open up so I called the 888 number and they were very apologetic but clearly they weren't alerted that the facility was not open. The person opening showed up at 9:15, 45 minutes after I was scheduled to be elsewhere. I moved out immediately, which is not what I was expecting to do. For starters, we had no complaints with unit under the previous ownership. Under current ownership we were forced to increase our monthly dues by 20% of what we had previously paid for the last 2 years. Our unit is on the top floor and when my wife recently stopped by to drop off a few boxes with our two small children, the elevator wasn't in service.
