Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a storage company. I made a small mistake in renting my unit -- specifically, I didn't put in a start date... because I wasn't prompted to. So it automatically signed me up for a start date that day, when I didn't want a rental for another two weeks. I was then sent a copy of the lease to sign, which I did not sign, because I realized the start date was wrong.
