From the start, Jeff has been incredibly accommodating and kind. Our move from MA had been smooth and easy, right up until that heavy snowstorm hit and dumped more than two feet of snow. When we returned to our storage unit afterward, we unfortunately discovered a leak that had affected some of our belongings. It was a very frustrating situation, but Jeff went above and beyond to help us through it, and we truly appreciate everything he did.
