This is a warm shout out to the wonderful manager of the Extra Space facility that I use! In the summer of 2021 Prime Storage sold its large storage facility in Cape Neddick Maine to Extra Space. When a price rate increase came along a few months later for my unit, I was taken by surprise and voiced my displeasure. Their storage units and grounds are very clean, well maintained and lit. The personal is knowledgeable and friendly so that is a plus. They also have flexible space sizes available to any of your needs.

Storage buildings and grounds are clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and professional. We have rented a space since 2012. Started with a large space because of renovations on a condo. After renovations were done moved to a small space for off season beach and camping gear etc. Then sold a house and moved to a large climate controlled space. After house furnishings were handled moved back to a small space. Very flexible space sizes available. I also know people who store their summer convertibles here.

The prices are reasonable, the facilities are clean and well maintained. I was able to complete the rental agreement, get my unit and log in code over the phone and start moving things into my unit in less than 30 minutes. All in all a very good experience.
