My first time renting a storage unit and it could not have gone smoother! I was able to do everything on line and it was extremely easy. Once I arrived at my unit ,and actually the whole place, it was clean and my lick was inside! The gate was easy to open.

I started my rental on the web. But was soon contacted by the Cape Neddick Store manager Sophia. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, Asked me questions I hadn’t even thought of. I used their future move in, so I haven’t moved my items in yet. Yet, I am already certain, by the manager’s professionalism, that they are in good hands! Thanks for all your help Sophia!

New Manager has only been here a couple weeks, has done wonders! Everything is spotless and anytime I walk into the office to ask for help with something, I feel like I’m being welcomed home. What a breath of fresh air.
