Jeff at Extra Space storage in Cape Neddick, ME is awesome! In 30 years having to rent units, he made my experience this year the best ever, he’s very attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful!

I have been a customer of this storage facility for several years now. Actually close to a quarter of a century. It has changed hands a few times over the years, but it is still the best storage facility within the geographical area. The staff really makes the difference at this storage facility, compare to other facilities across the state. The Past Manager and her helper are criminals , they steal from units that go up for auction before they take the pictures.She would only picture part of the unit and leave the good stuff out if they couldn't steal it. Example there is a unit thats been up and down for a few years , first they cover a safe so no one sees it, but people that do this for a living figured it was a safe,When the bid got to high she pulled the unit with no canelation notices ,only to relist the unit with the safe photo deleted and put it online w... read more
