Like many others, just 4 months after moving into a unit they raised the monthly rental fees almost 50%. Nowhere does it state the price you agreed upon is temporary or for a limited time however it does not state your pricing is guaranteed for a certain term but raising almost 50% (in my case, $240 up to $340) per month is entrapment.
