All the reviews are true, Tony the manager, and the assistant manager are exceptional . Tony walked me threw all the different unit sizes, he was upfront and honest about the cost, and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Thanks guys !
The manager, Tony is do helpful! He made moving in a very easy experience. Everything is well lit, there are carts for you to use to unload your stuff and the building is climate controlled. Great rates, I highly recommend this location!

The employees and managers are wonderful! They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable!! I have used Extra Space Storage for over 10 years, (in different states), and have had excellent customer service from them!! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
Shout out to Tony for helping me get situated in my new storage space. Just moved here and he guided me to my storage space and explained the regulations and process. Excellent customer service, Extremely clean, with a bright light in the unit, The company is organized with a convenient loading ramp for easy access to the unit. Great location right off Grand Ave, meeting our needs.

Fantastic Service! Not only was I given undivided attention (the phone rang off the hook, there was a service person there) but the price is definitely better than anywhere else for the size! A brand new facility, climate controlled which normally costs more! Lots of room to move around, plenty of parking and dolly's . The manager on site (I forget his name, but he was there during the day on a Saturday) was polite, easy to deal with and no pressure. Fantastic!

INewer location I never noticed before which used to be a Safeway. Our neighbors are using this facility for their medical business items. Originally we set it up online, but after arriving in person we were able to work with Tony to get a preferred space. This location has 2 elevators to get to the second floor, but it isn't open quite yet. You can access your items from 6am to 10pm. Many of the larger units have lighting.
