Sean made the experience of renting so easy and fast. He was very informative and the faculty was well lit and very clean
I was a customer at this facility for approx a year and had great service from the manager Sean. He really is a nice guy and is as accommodating as possible. The facility always looked kept up and anytime I phoned, the service I received from Sean was top notch. I wasn't happy about an increase in my monthly rent and Sean did what he could to make the increase a little more bearable. I know Sean does not regulate the fee schedule so I do not blame him. The units are super secure, clean and temperature controlled, which means my storage items came out in the same condition they went in. the manager on the desk is also super friendly and helpful. Only downside was a rent increase a few months after I moved in, which I never received a notice for. Just saw the extra going from my account. Overall though it was a good experience and I would definitely return if I needed a storage space.

Kiana Hill was amazing help! She helped me get a storage unit for all my garage junk, explained my contract in detail and even helped me figure out insurance for my unit. She did it with amazing customer service and professionalism. All in all, had a great experience and was grateful my experience was as smooth as it was. Thank you again Kiana and extra space storage!

I did not use any other services but the storage facility and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. Not only is this a clean and secure site but it is also extremely affordable and very accessible. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good and reasonable price for a nice clean new storage facility.
