Other than the price (and as other's have noted the frequent "market rate adjustments" in price) this place is fantastic. First and foremost, the manager Sean is great - so rare to find excellent customer service - he's very friendly, professional, a pleasure to work with, as are the other employees. The facilities are clean, easy to access, and high quality. (We tried another storage facility in Folsom, but found it to be filthy (animal droppings, excessive cobwebs, etc)

Sean, the on-site manager, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions before I even came in to look at the facility. The place is very clean and well kept, which was important to me since I needed a safe unit for furniture from my late grandmother. I ended up choosing a 10x15 climate controlled unit and have been happy with both the quality of the facility and service. Everything is top notch. Sean made the experience of renting so easy and fast. He was very informative and the faculty was well lit and very clean
I was a customer at this facility for approx a year and had great service from the manager Sean. He really is a nice guy and is as accommodating as possible. The facility always looked kept up and anytime I phoned, the service I received from Sean was top notch. I wasn't happy about an increase in my monthly rent and Sean did what he could to make the increase a little more bearable. I know Sean does not regulate the fee schedule so I do not blame him. The units are super secure, clean and temperature controlled, which means my storage items came out in the same condition they went in. the manager on the desk is also super friendly and helpful. Only downside was a rent increase a few months after I moved in, which I never received a notice for. Just saw the extra going from my account. Overall though it was a good experience and I would definitely return if I needed a storage space.
