Kiana Hill was amazing help! She helped me get a storage unit for all my garage junk, explained my contract in detail and even helped me figure out insurance for my unit. She did it with amazing customer service and professionalism. All in all, had a great experience and was grateful my experience was as smooth as it was. I did not use any other services but the storage facility and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. Not only is this a clean and secure site but it is also extremely affordable and very accessible. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good and reasonable price for a nice clean new storage facility.

I am a new customer & a very pleased customer, at that. Shawn (the Manager), is accommodating, professional & a really kind guy.The facility is sharp & crisp. The storage areas & spaces are immaculate & clean. I am over-the-moon with how outstanding Extra Space Storage is. This gem is a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend this place over all others. A+ !!!

We've had this space for almost 2 years...it's Clean, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Just spoke to a young man, Seth (?) and he explained some changes they are going through & improvements they are making to the units.

Caution. You will have increased rates every 3 months. You can ask for discounts but eventually your low rental unit will turn into a big bill. Lots of abandoned units and regular auctions for those of you into storage wars. But hey that's one way to get rid of your unwanted stuff.

After three months they attempted to raise my rates approximately 45 percent. Bad cooperate policy. Staff at location was professional and courteous.

This place gets two stars for one very simple reason...cost over time. I have a 10X15 climate controlled unit that goes for $210 on their website. Quietly, and without notice, they have increased my rate to $392/month over time. The account section on their website does NOT allow you to view your rental contract, and the only way to contact them is by phone, so none of your communications are in a recorded medium.
