Extra Space Vintage Preserve Pkwy has been wonderful to work with. They are professional, pleasant, and communication has been useful and not overwhelming. I have had a climate controlled unit for the past few years. The whole facility is kept clean and inviting. They have 2 dollies available to use. One day I didn't properly close/lock my unit and they called to inform me. Much appreciated! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Great customer service. When we found we needed a larger unit the staff may it so easy to change. Sheri and Faith , a “rock star” were very helpful. Units are very clean there and easy to access. This is the second time I have used this location.

Very clean, affordable and friendly staff. Management took the time to call after I moved my things in just to make sure I didn't need anything else and answer any questions I had. Never had that from a storage unit before.

They have the best customer service. Sam was great. He was quick, knowledgeable and took care of everything with such a friendly manner. Good customer service is such a rare thing these days and something that needs to come back to businesses. Sam is great with that. Extra Space Storage is always very clean and I feel safe there at any hour. I highly recommend this place and I’ve rented storage rooms for years in many areas.
