Love this location! Very clean and staff are friendly. Tania and Josh made it super easy for me to move all my stuff in with no problem. I would definitely reccomend!
I got a great deal for a 10x20 by calling. I really liked Sheila the manager. She took care of me from the first day to my last. She’s a good manager and managed to never irritate me. She’s made my stay there very easy. The company is lucky to have her. They need to keep promoting her. The tall guy was very cool too.
I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful my experience was with booking my first ever storage unit at the Extra Storage facility in Van Nuys, CA (7855 Haskell Ave). Josh, my onsite contact, is EXCEPTIONAL with his customer service and spend a massive amount of time answering all of my questions and getting me set up for my upcoming rental.
