my experience started off shaky because the website doesn't properly filter the "climate controlled" locations from the ones which aren't. since i store musical instruments, this is a must, and especially since i was looking at locations in the valley. the rep on the phone caught the error and stopped from signing a contract at the wrong location. that was a big plus, though annoying as hell that the website sucked so badly. when i got the confirmation email, the rep mistakenly had not copied my PIN number that i request... read more

Been waiting for this location to open. Passed by daily and watched it built. Great customer service Gabriel was in contact with me until my move in date. Him and Rosa were able to work with me for my move in needs. Location is new, nice and clean. I can only hope the homeless folks down the street don't screw it up for this beautiful place.

The worst experience ever!!! I drove down and unloaded all of my things and was told there would be a lock and key waiting. Nothing!!! Do not trust this place!!!

This place SUCKS. People in the office are so unhelpful. Someone is literally living on the second floor, and the elevator in the front has been broken for months now. Clearly no one here cares and it shows. Waste of money, steer clear!

Very short hours and only 4 carts for the entire property. They say they were stolen by customers and homeless, but hey, buy some more ...there is always a cost of business to satisfy customer needs.
December 30, 2024 I received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage? Renting a 5'5 unit started at 40$, with the continued increasing of prices our new total is now gonna be $200. Don't let the prices online fool you. They keep increasing the price. Gonna leave for a new unit somewhere else.
