I've been a customer with Extra Space Storage for 8 years total and going 1 year with this location. The manager is nice and very patient. The other employee, was not very helpful. I visited to check my locker after a military deployment but since it was a while he told me he was going to lunch and couldn't help me. He said he would call me after his lunch. Do not rent from this location, the huge guy Gabriel who's the manager harassed me the whole time I lived here until I finally moved out. He's so lazy too actually turned me away once for walking in two minutes before they opened, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They seriously need to get rid of this guy.

Not recommended. I just found out my unit was burglarized when I stopped by last night. All my valuable items was stolen and ransacked including my valuable family pictures. This storage facility is new but NOT safe. I caught some people living inside storage facility.

Beware when renting I feel like there's a person living inside his unit staying after hours this is something new too because i never suspected it til now but My storage was broken into This week and whoever it was looking for something specific they didn't mess my storage up or steal the obvious they were looking for something and they didn't want to cause a scene they had to drill my lock off & replaced it with the same lock you buy from the office seems very funny to me and I come to my storage very often like 2/3x a week... read more

I would not recommend this storage facility!! I was told I got a certain deal and then was told the deal was non existent. They scam you into moving in and then actually charge you different. Very unprofessional!!!

Be careful when renting with this location. My in door unit was broken into. Had a small unit for 2 months when returning to the unit for only the third time I noticed my lock was tampered with. When finally getting into the unit noticed things where missing. When getting in contact with the location manager was told to come during the next available office hours to deal with the situation, that the rest of my stuff was safe until then, in the damaged unit. Booked with Rosa. She was very polite and helpful. Made the process easy while on the phone, unfortunately, I have had to change my review because once at the facility, nothing went as planned and the property manager was unaccountable, unhelpful and unprofessional. He went so far as to blame me for the missteps that were made and things that were omitted though the mistakes were on his end.
