The facility grounds are well maintained and I feel safe accessing my unit alone. Once I could not remember my access code and staff was more than helpful.

The facility is large, well-lit, and very clean. The building configuration was laid out thoughtfully. The manager, Trent, took his time with me and explained everything very well. He was personable, patient, and engaging. Thank you, Extra Space! Thank you, Trent!

I am incredibly impressed with the service and experience of renting a storage unit at this facility. It was a smooth and easy process to access my storage unit for the first time even though I arrived after the office had closed. Communication with the staff there was clear and prompt. The location is very convenient and there were always carts in good working condition available for use.
