Probably the best customer service I have ever received from any type of business. Even if I didn’t want a storage unit at this location, I would have applied for it anyway just off their customer service alone. Thank you for that, it was most refreshing and appreciated.

Had a wonderful experience at the Hazel Dell WA location, Penny was very patient and helpful when I came in with questions. Great experience. The facility is also extremely clean and well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this location.
