Conveniently located (for my needs, anyway), with many units of various sizes. I rented a larger space to store our clutter while our new house was under construction. They now have an app that opens the security gate, which is nice. Our unit remained dry through the rainy days and I never saw any vermin during any of my dozens of visits. There are four access roads within the facility. The two in the middle are nice and wide and allow for vehicles to pass... you are lucky if you score a unit on one of those. Great experience. Clean facility. Well secured. The new taller security fencing is a great addition. Steve and Kasin in the front office were very helpful.

Great customer service. We walked in today without an appointment and Doris was able to show us the unit we were looking for right away. She was very informative and helped us through the whole renting process. She even helped answer a few questions we had regarding our other unit. We were also impressed with all the extra security this storage space has. All in all great experience

Monique, the Manage is right on top of all your needs and wants. She is very fast and efficient. we would have changed to another storage facility if it weren't for her. Extra Space Storage is clean and you will feel your belongs are safe.

Doris and Marchae were extremely patient in dealing with an access issue that my company was having. They problem solved on the spot and did everything they could to help. I don't think they get enough credit since people usually complain when they leave a review about a commodity like storage.
