Great place for storage. Nice and clean always has enough lighting . Just raise the price that's why I had to leave.. But if they didn't raise the price to 170$ for a 10x10 I would still be there..

Today our art club rented space to store extra items that had been donated to our club. I was so impressed with both Jason Kilbride, store manager and Jeff Leffingwell, assistant manager, as they took the time to listen to our needs and actually engage in conversation. Never did I feel they were pressuring me to rent space, they just explained how they could help, explained pricing and helped me choose the right size space for our storage needs. Clean, safe, no issues. I had an indoor unit, it was alway clean inside and easy access for the front door to the elevator to my space. Always plenty of carts as well.

I signed up for a 3-month special for a 5x5 unit, and after the 3-month period my monthly price increased, but that was expected as that was part of the terms of the promotional rental agreement. Make sure that you fully understand any specials you sign up for so you don't get blindsided by any rental increases. As far as my storage space, it was nice and clean. Nice Place. Big. Clean. Easy. I came here with landlord to help unload her moms belongings for her new place. The Storage was packed full!!! Held dresser, desk, bed, chairs, boxes, kitchen ware, armware.
In the store was great, Jeff helped me out (He needs a raise) and he was great 5/5. The call center was good but did not inform me that I was required to pay for insurance while on the phone with them. Even when specifically asking if the price online was final. Call center 3.5/5.
