In the store was great, Jeff helped me out (He needs a raise) and he was great 5/5. The call center was good but did not inform me that I was required to pay for insurance while on the phone with them. Even when specifically asking if the price online was final. Call center 3.5/5.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I got this storage just a few months ago and they are raising the price 100% right before Christmas. This is what they do if you read the reviews on consumer affairs. When I rented there I thought I lucked out. But turns out they are a lying cheating company always planning on raising the prices on you when you rent there. I live out of state, if I didn't I would get my stuff immediately. So mean to do this to people. And your being greedy, don't act like it's the market. You have been doing this... read more

Nearly doubled my monthly storage rent few months in. Wouldn't have been upset if I knew this before renting out the storage unit and if the price increase wasn't as steep as it was. Also there's maggots and roaches in the indoor storage unit. Forgot to take a picture but there were so many maggots! I want a refund! Don't know if I would go back, definitely not worth the steep price I was paying. Oh well

Misleading pricing. Once you give them all of your personal information they surprise you with required insurance premiums that make this place the same price or more than all the others. Very slimy bait and switch. I can't support this. I hope my DOB, DL and SSN are being stored safely wherever they went...
It's a bait and switch. I rented a small space a few months ago and now that I've moved my stuff in they DOUBLED the monthly rate.
