It's a bait and switch. I rented a small space a few months ago and now that I've moved my stuff in they DOUBLED the monthly rate.
These guys are just as bad as scam artists. After your first month, they mysteriously state that they conducted a rate survey of other Rental facilities in the area and then increase your monthly rent without informing you. They say that they send you letters but somehow, and maybe illegally, your bank is charged the increase. Also, when you try calling them you get a different story each time. AVOID THESE AHOLES
