Staff is very professional, facility is very clean - however beware that the online pricing is promotional. I have a unit there and for me, my rate doubled in price after a few months. They claim they have the right to raise the rate based on "current market conditions" however that simply means, they can charge what they want and you have no choice but to pay. My previous storage unit at Life Storage was exactly the same. This is their business model.

I rented a unit here about a month ago after comparing prices at several Oro Valley facilities. This Extra Space location is new and has the best prices at time of writing this I paid a year in advance to lock in my price, as they can go up. The place is clean and feels safe and I've seen staff cleaning the floors while I've been there. Very good service always clean place plenty of room and good access only thing was one of the elevators was out of order for a while but not a big deal

Office staff were polite, informative and quickly showed us a perfect climate controlled storage unit. Extra Space was the most economical storage and very clean, convenient and easy to access storage facility I have worked with.

I saw a special they were running online. I was able to reserve a unit without paying right away. I was pretty sure I needed a storage unit, but wasn't sure of the timing yet. I was able to reserve a unit for a future date...again, without paying for it yet. The process was easy and only took a few seconds online. Second year we have used this place to store my U of A student's dorm stuff and we are very happy. Are there closer places? Absolutely, but this place is super secure, immaculate, temp controlled, and affordable. The staff is always so accommodating and that is a huge plus to me. No desire to store the stuff at the places closer to campus, the drive isn't that bad for all that I get here.
