OK... Note to Extra Space folks: I've promised reviews, and I've received your texts & emails asking me to leave one. I've filled out the surveys, and even added reviews at the end. Can't say how many times I've done that, but... I just noticed that my reviews aren't being posted because -- after I've done all the typing & clicked on the button -- the system routes me to another couple of websites (search-engine, social media monsters, whatever), and I need to log in to get my comments to a place where they're helpful. ... read more

I haven't rented yet, but am looking to do so for my employer. Karen and Alec have been amazing in answering questions, providing additional information, and helping with things many others would not. Excellent customer service is difficult to come by these days, but they're doing it right! I look forward to working with them in the future!

I was having problems finding a large storage unit and Karen at this location promised me she would find me a unit. She did! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me. This is a new indoor facility with climate control so it is perfect for long term storage. Thank you Karen and Extra Space.

(1) Obscene rate increases on little or no notice. (2) All of the units are misrepresented, undersized.

We moved into 10x9 storage in July 2024. On Oct 11/2024 (not even 3 mos later) we received a rate change notice. Our rate moving in $51.00 (promo). Our increase effective Nov 2024 $104.00 This is the monthly rental rate b/f ins and tax. It was over double the original rate!!!! We are moving out! ***Please be aware of their rate increases, not even 6 mos at the same rate!

customers trap. They change the rate for doubles for the unit after my third mont. They told me it is based on market value they updated their rate!!!

With all due respect as a consumer what do you think of the following? Truth be told without prejudice: In less than a year they raised me for the same unit 70.00 to 206.00 if I stayed! That's with senior discounts. Reason: Prevailing market rates they claim is the reason. This is a month to month rental facility. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

had to cancel my unit after they raised the price by 30% with no notice. they get you with a reasonable beg rate of $66 (all in) for a 9' x 5' space, set you up on auto-pay, then increase to $86. I had to call to find out why my rate jumped so much. They cite demand as the reason. Ridiculous.
