Recommendedthe rental spaces are large and clean. the manager Weston, and assistant manager Talissa, are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and ready to work with their clients to make them feel confident, and happy about storing their furnishings with extra space. I received the online quote and it is a lot more cost effective than other storage facilities that offer the first month free then charge a high monthly fee. I guess you can say that I had a good experience with extra space.

RecommendedI found the manager to be VERY helpful w/ my many questions about storage needs, rates and access! This facility is fairly new - and is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Highly recommending this place!

This place is very shady in the 6 months I was there they tried to raise my rent 100%. I have never in 20 years dealt with a storage place that did that. I left ASAP

I don’t recommend as they raised the unit rent more than 89% right after my third month. They hunt for customers then think they can raise the rent after you move in and will be not continence for you to move out and will accept the raise!!!
